Dr. Drew Barnabei
Chiropractor
Dr. Drew Barnabei is a 2014 graduate of Cleveland Chiropractic College in Overland Park, KS. While at Cleveland Chiropractic College, Dr. Drew has earned certifications/training in: Activator Methods, Kinesiology Taping, Hot/Cold Laser therapy, and Graston. Dr. Drew has treated sports injuries for professional athletes, semi-professional athletes, and weekend warriors who compete in a wide range of sports such as MMA, racquetball, basketball, baseball, football, golf, disc golf, the list goes on.
Prior to earning his chiropractic degree, Dr. Drew earned his Bachelors of Science Degree from South Dakota State University in 2010. While at South Dakota State University, Dr. Drew competed at a national level in racquetball as well as organized and served as Vice President of the South Dakota State University Racquetball Club. Dr. Drew still plays racquetball and competes in local tournaments.
Dr. Drew and his wife, Elizabeth, try to spend as much of their free time outside as possible. Whether it is fishing, playing golf, or taking their dog on a walk in the park. If it is outside, chances are, they enjoy it.
Dr. Angela Sterling
Chiropractor
Dr. Angela Sterling, D.C. has a passion for helping others that led her down the path of Alternative Medicine into a career that allows her to provide her patients with high quality healthcare. As a licensed Chiropractic Physician, she brings a holistic approach to medicine in order to find comfortable and effective solutions for everyone. She is dedicated to building long-lasting relationships based on trust and medical integrity with every single patient. She is a skilled adjuster, effective communicator, and has strong leadership and management skills, but her compassion for her patients is one of her best qualities. For her, being a Chiropractor is not a job but rather a dream where she gets to use her gift to help patients every day.
Dr. Sterling completed post-graduate training and is proficient in Blair Upper Cervical Technique which is not widely practiced in the United States. This technique is highly sought after by many patients who suffer from nerve related disorders caused by misalignment or malformation of the upper cervical spine. Blair adjustments require precise X-rays views specifically designed for this technique in order to properly diagnose and treat each person for their specific needs. Dr. Sterling currently has patients that travel from Arkansas, Colorado, Iowa, Eastern Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, and Illinois as the demand for this specific technique highly outweighs the number of doctors trained to provide it.
Dr. Roger Anderson
Chiropractor
Dr. Anderson completed his undergraduate schools at Fort Hays State University in Hays Kansas and graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City Missouri in 1982. During this time at Cleveland Chiropractic College, he was fortunate enough to meet an accomplished Chinese medical physician who was trained in both Western methods and Eastern methods of medicine. Dr. Anderson studied under him virtually every weekend for several years learning both Eastern Medical Theory in respects to acupuncture and herbal medicine – theory, diagnosis and treatment. This has expanded his treatment capabilities to more than the traditional musculoskeletal issues to be able to effectively treat autoimmune disorders and other internal disorders.
Dr. Anderson has been in practice for 38 years, having treated over 36,000 patients and still has “The Passion”, one patient at time, to do all that is necessary within his power to facilitate healing, educate on prevention and appropriate lifestyle changes so the patient can express their true potential. He loves what he does and does what he loves – and that is being a facilitator of healing.
Yang (Grace) Gong
Licensed Acupuncturist/Chinese Herbalist
As a professional acupuncturist since 2000, Dr. Gong practiced general acupuncture at the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Zhuhai, China, Sports acupuncture at the Zhuhai Sports School, and patients at the Zhuhai Cancer Center.
Since Moving to Kansas with her husband and children in 2007 Dr. Gong has Successfully treated patients in southwest Kansas and Johnson County for conditions ranging from skin disease. through knee surgery to stroke. She frequently returns to China for periods from one to six weeks to successfully meet the challenges presented by new conditions as they arise.
EDUCATION
- Dr. Gong Graduated from the Zhengzhou Zhongjing Traditional Chinese Medical College in 2000 with the Medical Degree (MD) and completed further coursework in China through 2017.
- In 2011 she was awarded the degree of Acupuncture Doctor from the World Federation of Acupuncture-Moxibustion Societies in official relations with the World Health Organization.
- Dr. Gong is both a Qigong Master and a Taihi Master.
Rachael Young
Licensed Massage Therapist
Rachael has been a massage therapist for 14 years and her specialty is Deep Tissue Therapy. She also offers hot stone therapy and cupping therapy. When she’s not massaging, you can find her with her family on an adventure. She’s looking forward to meeting you and finding out how she can better serve the community.
Brooke Northern
Licensed Massage Therapist
Brooke became a licensed massage therapist in 2009 because of her passion for wellness and desire to help others feel their best. She went on to become a Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher as well and now combines all of her education and experience for an integrative individualistic approach in her massage sessions. She is certified in: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stones, Cupping, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral, Prenatal, Reflexology & Reiki
